Short Sale Specialist
Pasadena's #1 performing Real Estate Broker is looking for a Short Sale Specialist to join their thriving company and help build a team of agents. All candidates must have a Real Estate license in the State of California, and a Short Sale Certification. The CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Certification, is preferred, but others will be considered.
If you are skilled in converting a lead to a listing, this is the place for you! Our Broker is looking for someone that has the skill level to help build our Short Sale team from the ground up and understands every step of a real estate transaction. We have all of the tools and technology so we need you to be familiar with; Equator, Foreclosure Radar, Escrow, HUD, the closing process, and most importantly client service and management.
This position will include coaching other agents, assisting with recruiting, and helping to create processes and tools to support the Short Sale transaction.
The compensation for this position is commission based! The Broker is willing to pay a very competitive split!
Proven track record of closed transactions is a must.
